Anybody may join OLGA, as long as they support the core aim…..’to support the needs of the older LGBT community’.

For many, the Gay and Trans community becomes ‘family’, having lost the support of their own family through homophobic or transphobic prejudice and stigma.

We have approx. 150 LGBT members, mostly living in the Scarborough & Ryedale area, but some who live further afield.

OLGA is run by an LGBT steering group, for the benefit of the Older LGBT community
